Silicon Valley Clean Cities Coalition, Breathe California, and the Electronic Transportation Development Center (ETDC) organized a San Jose Clean Energy Showcase Tour for two third-grade classes from Washington Open Elementary School. The showcase provides consumer education on clean energy solutions, including solar-fueling of electric vehicles.
The sixty students, eighteen parents and two teachers that attended viewed the nine solar-fueled electric vehicles on display at the showcase.
